To my ear this second instalment from The Valley has quiet a strong Heavy Pop overtone. (Think Torche) This isn’t a worse The Valley, nor is it a better one. It’s just different; a The Valley from a parallel universe that is subtly altered. A progressive transformation if you will. They still provide those catchy hooks and infectious grooves that will get your foot tapping every time. I have to say that I still love their stuff. Harry Harrison
The title is an attention-getter to be sure, but this collection of trippy psych-pop more than earns it with its wavy, acid-laced melodies. Bandcamp New & Notable Jan 17, 2021
Lonnie Holley's first new album since 2018 sees the "cosmic Southerner" blues, jazz, and folk artist reflect on hardship and triumph. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 10, 2023

Makes me want to get into car and just drive through desert ;)
I am so happy my friend told me about this band. This was the first album I've bought and it will always have a special place in my heart. Michal "Saladyn" M.
